Ages: Two weeklong sessions – one for teens (14-18) and one for adult (18+). Must have successfully completed Advanced Youth Sailing or Adult Sunfish Sailing course.
New for this season, up to 6 participants will learn to sail a fast, full sloop rig with another crew member (“double-handed”) Taught by a US Sailing instructor on Lake Wentworth. This course teaches boat handling and sail trimming skills required to sail a Vanguard 15 or similar performance boat. Basic racing skills and rules are covered with the possibility of some actual races.
